At The Iris you will find a seasonal and reasoned menu advocating only local products. On the menu, a few starters and dishes of international inspiration which will evolve with the seasons. With a special mention for the Robata technique, a lacquering method from Japan that cooks over a flame and gives a slight smoky taste.

This Christmas Eve, savor dishes like Crushed Burrata with Lobster and Hazelnuts, and a Veal Fondant with Mushrooms.
